I’m an independent registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. I was a former Child Life Specialist from 1992-1995.
RYT 200, yin certified. I focus on: Kids yoga + breathwork, special needs yoga, mindfulness + meditation, MBSR, self-care + wellness.
At this time, I give free classes to friends and family who are relatively new to yoga, striving to provide some peace and stillness in busy lives.
