Volunteer, Faciliator and Co-Moderator of Sudden Loss Forum
My name is Wendy Peters I am the facilitator for Buckeye, Arizona and a co-moderator for the Sudden Loss board.
I have been married to a wonderful man since 1986. I am the mother of four children, my first-born child; a son was born still in December of 1986. I had three healthy daughters after my loss.
In May of 2003, my youngest daughter died in a car accident. I was lost in grief and did not know where to turn, until one day I found MISS Foundation on the Internet. I have been a member since then. I am now giving back to the organization that has taught me so much, and helps me keep the memory of my Elizabeth alive.
I spend my free time with my husband, Ted, who team ropes, and team pens (both are equine events). We have three beautiful quarter horses and seven chihuahuas that share our one acre homestead in Buckeye.
My girls are old enough that they do not spend much time with us but they will check in to keep Mom's heart in check.
